Our standard hosting package starts at £24/month, for a static brochure-style website.
More complicated websites which have some form of processing (e.g. online shopping, file uploads, data manipulation) will cost more, based on the physical resources required.
Hosting fees are reviewed on an annual basis.
We collect hosting fees via direct debit.
Domain management fees are charged at £30 per year, per domain. This includes the domain registration and renewal fee.
We typically charge for the domain management fees at the time of your domain renewal, and offer the option to pay for multiple years in advance, allowing you to lock-in the price for subsequent years.
Domain management includes the monitoring and maintenance of your domain, in addition to any changes required (DNS or otherwise).
The annual domain management fee is collected using the same direct debit as used for the monthly hosting fee.
As part of our email hosting service, we strip attachments from Sent Items after at least 6 months. Since you sent these items, you should still have any important files stored locally - this helps maintain a high-performing service to you and our other clients.
We don't believe in long-term contracts. These services are offered on a rolling monthly agreement, which you are free to cancel at any time.
If you fail to pay for your service for more than 30 days your services may be at risk.
We reserve the right to change our prices by giving you at least 30 days notice, or terminating your service completely.
We also reserve the right to update these terms of service at any time.
If you wish to move to a new provider, you can do this at any time by giving us at least 10 days notice to cancel any direct debits.
It is your responsibility to ensure your new provider is competent.
Since many of our platforms are built bespoke, we will help you compile a list of the technical skills you'll need from any future provider.
Any costs for consultancy, interviewing or training for your new provider will be charged upfront on a non-refundable day-rate basis.
We will provide all website files and database backups upon request.
Although our standard invoice payment term is 7 days, at our discretion we may allow payment up-to 30 days.
If payment is not made within 7 days, interest of 8% may start to be applied, in addition to debt recovery charges.
Your services will be risk if you fail to pay after 30 days. Your website may go offline, emails may be inaccessible, and you may lose data, both in the form of website files and database records.
